Hello Archers and DC Comics Fans , Here is my review of Arrow Season 5 Episode 2 The Recruits 1st a description of the episode : The Green Arrow’s training methods prove to be too much for some of the new recruits to handle; flashbacks reveal Oliver’s initiation into the Bratva. Now on to my review in this episode Warning Full Spoilers To Follow , Good episode of Arrow.The Recruits Was so intense and Action packed also some things setting up for future episodes. Now the 1st half of the episode was good but in the middle and at the end not good at all. Oliver putting this new Team Arrow together was interesting but I kind of feel like this is a subplot that could be dragged out a bit. Also Thea trying to move on was interesting though wished she would come back to the team as Speedy. John Diggle and his mission in Russia was ok but not great and tied too much to The Oliver Flashbacks. Felicity was better in this episode but still since Season 3 some issues with her character. Green Arrow and his action scenes where the best part of the episode the stunt work was so good again this week. The Villain in the episode was ok but not great but the tease at the end Prometheus scary he is and still don’t know that much about him some mystery there. Overall I give Arrow Season 5 Episode 2 The Recruits a 7/10 a decent episode but not as good as The Season Premier. Can’t wait for next weeks episode titled A Matter of Trust.
