Comics Review : DC Comics : Batman : The Killing Joke (1988)

Hello DC Comics Fans , Here is my review of one of the great Graphic Novels of all-time Batman : The Killing Joke I will be reviewing The Deluxe Edition from 2008. 1st a description of the story : This is the unforgettable event that forever changed Batman’s world, adding a new element of darkness with its unflinching portrayal of The Joker’s twisted psyche. The disturbing relationship between The Dark Knight and his greatest foe. The Clown Prince of Crime has never been more ruthless than in this brutal tale. Now on to my review of the graphic novel , Batman : The Killing Joke which came out originally in 1988 is written by Alan Moore with artwork by Brian Bolland. This without question is one of the best Batman and Joker storylines in the comics of all-time. It’s dark , gritty , has a lot of emotion and is very scary. The artwork in this story is so good and in this new edition from 2008 is remastered so well. If you want a good Batman and Joker story this is it also this tells the story of how Barbara Gordon aka Batgirl became Oracle. Now this story later this year will be adapted into a animated movie by Warner Bros Animation to be released this August. Overall I give Batman : The Killing Joke a 9.5/10 a great comics story and one of the best of all-time.
