TV Review : DC’s Legends of Tomorrow : Season 1 : Episode 8 : Night of The Hawk

Hello Legends and DC Comics Fans Here is my review of DC’s Legends of Tomorrow Season 1 Episode 8 Night of The Hawk 1st as always a description of the episode : The team follows Savage to an Oregon town in the 1950s, where they suspect he’s involved in a string of murders; professor Stein and Sara track Savage to a hospital and go under cover to spy on him; Ray and Kendra struggle to gain trust.  Now on to my review of the episode Warning Full Spoilers To Follow , I really liked this episode. It was good , action packed , intense, emotional and it ended on a cliffhanger. The Legends team sure hand their hands full in The 1950’s dealing with Vandal Savage. This episode had everything , The 1950’s vibe , Stein and Sara , Captain Cold and Rip , Ray and Kendra , and Jefferson with his side mission and what happened to him and so on. Now this episode also dealt with some LBGT controversy with the Sara Lance lesbian  kissing scene and some of the race issue that went on in the 1950’s and I thought the show handled it well without drawing too much attention to it. Some will feel they went to far in this episode but I thought the writing team wrote the episode well. This episode was a big arc for Sara Lance White Canary and her saying since she came back she has not had time to look back and when she had the kiss it was like she was reborn again. So for Sara it was nice to see a different side of her in this episode. It was a powerful scene in the episode for Sara and the show in general. The team does complete their mission but not so fast as a cliffhanger to the end happens and Ray , Kendra and Sara are left behind. Overall I give DC’s Legends of Tomorrow Season 1 Episode 8 Night of The Hawk a 8.5/10 a good episode and Can’t wait for the next episode in 3 weeks on March 31st titled Left Behind
